Learn, Speak, Repeat! provides language-learning tools, including interactive subtitle study, guided Spanish courses, voice and text tutors, and image vocabulary drills. These terms govern your use of the service at learnspeakrepeat.com.
Your account
You need an account to use most features. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.
Subscriptions and billing
We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as our merchant of record. By completing checkout you agree to Polar's terms in addition to these terms.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the refund policy for details on refunds and the EU right of withdrawal.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- Don't upload content you don't have permission to use for language study.
- Don't use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
Your content
You keep ownership of podcasts, recordings, and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content so we can provide the service to you — for example, transcribing audio, generating lessons, and evaluating pronunciation.
Intellectual property
The service, including courses, drills, and visuals we create, is owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it while your account is in good standing.
Service changes and availability
We're actively developing the product and may add, change, or remove features. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes that reduce paid features during an active billing period.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee specific learning outcomes.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
