Refund Policy

Overview

Subscriptions to Learn, Speak, Repeat! are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have up to 14 days after purchase to withdraw from a new subscription for any reason. To do so, email support@learnspeakrepeat.com from the address on your account and we will process the refund. If you've actively used paid features during the withdrawal window, we may deduct a proportional amount reflecting the use.

Refunds outside the withdrawal window

Outside the statutory withdrawal window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may grant refunds at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges, failure of the service to work as described, or billing errors.

How to request a refund

  • Email support@learnspeakrepeat.com from the address on your account.
  • Include the charge date and your billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
  • Tell us briefly why you're requesting a refund.
  • We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record, and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Cancelling vs. refunding

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you want a refund in addition to cancelling, say so in your message.

Chargebacks

If you think there's a problem with a charge, please email us first — we can almost always sort it out directly. Chargebacks filed with your bank may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
